- We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.
- All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 2-3 business days .
- Customized products (fall and picot addition) are dispatched in 3-7 business days, depending on the number of units ordered.
- Most orders are delivered within 3-10 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
- In case of modifications with regards to the delivery address, kindly drop us an E-mail at pramadvaracreations@gmail.com or call us at 6360896140 within 1-2 hours after placing an order.
- Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

- Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
